Itanagar, Mar 15: A four-member para powerlifting team from Arunachal Pradesh has departed for the 23rd Senior and 17th Junior National Para Powerlifting Championship 2025, scheduled to be held in New Delhi from March 17 to 19.
The team comprises junior lifters Bale Labung (49kg) and Taj Richo (55kg), along with senior lifters Tarh Rade (75kg) and Techi Sonu (80kg).
Nich Apam is accompanying the squad as the team manager for the championship.
The event will witness top para powerlifters from across the country competing for national honors.
