Seppa, Apr 11: Bameng MLA Kumar Waii on Thursday inspected the ongoing construction of a road and bridge at Marjangle in East Kameng to review the progress of work and emphasize the need for quality construction and timely completion.
The MLA was accompanied by departmental officials and public leaders during the inspection. Officials informed that the bridge is expected to be completed within three months and will subsequently be opened for public use.
Waii directed the officials to ensure adherence to quality standards and urged the public to cooperate with the work-executing agencies for the smooth progress of the project.
Later, the MLA held an interaction with public leaders to discuss various ongoing and proposed developmental initiatives in the constituency.
