Boleng, Apr 22: A high-level meeting was convened on Tuesday here, to deliberate on the preparation of the strategic urban development plan (SUDP) for Boleng urban agglomeration area.
The meeting was chaired by the Rural Development and Panchayati Raj minister Ojing Tasing, who was also joined by deputy commissioner-cum-chairman of the Boleng Planning Authority and a team of expert and technical personnel.
Key discussions centered around urban mapping, GIS-based master planning, and other technical aspects essential for shaping Boleng’s long-term urban development.
The session aimed to harness expert insights and technological tools to lay the groundwork for a structured and sustainable future for the Boleng urban agglomeration area.
