PASIGHAT, Apr 30: East Siang deputy commissioner Tayi Taggu on Wednesday conducted a review of the progress of various ongoing state and centrally sponsored schemes during the monthly district level monitoring committee (DLMC) meeting.

The meeting focused on the progress of projects implemented by government departments, the Pasighat Municipal Corporation (PMC), and the Smart City Mission.

Taggu emphasised the importance of inter-departmental coordination to ensure the smooth and successful execution of development projects. He urged the attendees to submit any issues related to the implementation of these projects and schemes in accordance with state and central government guidelines.

A comprehensive presentation detailing the status of all department projects was presented during the meeting.

The DC instructed all heads of departments to submit their progress reports to the district planning office on time. He stressed that quality adherence and timely completion of key projects are critical for their success.

The meeting was attended by joint director of health services (DHS) Dr Tali, CEO of Pasighat Smart City Development Corporation Ltd Dr Manjuli Komut, district rural sanitation and community health officer (DRSCHO) Dr Nidak Angu, among others.
