Pugging, May 4: A free health camp organised by the Sikiing Koje Charitable Society (SKCS) in collaboration with the Tribal Development Foundation (TDF), brought essential medical services to 120 residents of Pugging village in Upper Siang district.
Held on Sunday, the camp aimed to improve health conditions in the remote area by offering basic medical care and check-ups.
A team of doctors including Dr Gumin Bitin (Pathologist), Dr Katan Patuk (BBO), and Dr Genom Pangkam (ENT specialist) conducted medical examinations and addressed various health concerns of the villagers.
Upper Siang deputy commissioner Talo Jerang lauded the initiative and expressed appreciation for the efforts of SKCS chairperson Dr Mity Apang, TDF chairperson Mone Apang, DMO Dr Gepeng Litin, along with the dedicated doctors, nurses, technicians, and volunteers who made the outreach possible.
