Itanagar, May 6: The Directorate of Health Services on Tuesday organised a farewell function for five officers and officials retiring from service. The programme was held at the DHS Conference Hall and attended by officers and staff of the department.
The officials who retired include joint director (establishment) Dr Dubom Bagra; deputy director (family welfare) Dr Gumyir Lollen; joint director (planning & development) Dr Gumjom Ete; deputy director (tuberculosis) Dr Moi Nyori; and superintendent (establishment) Dr Koj Tapa.
Speaking on the occasion, joint director (planning & development) and chairperson of the event, Komling Perme, acknowledged the contributions of the retiring officials and conveyed best wishes for their post-retirement life.
The department expressed appreciation for the years of service rendered by the officials in advancing the state’s public health objectives.
