Yupia, Jun 10: As part of the upcoming International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, scheduled for June 26 next, the Papum Pare district administration in collaboration with the District ICDS Cell, Yupia, organized a poster/drawing competition at Alphabet Group of School, Nirjuli.

The event, held under the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan (NMBA)—an initiative of the government of India—aims to raise awareness about the harmful effects of drug abuse and illicit trafficking among the youth.

A total of 30 enthusiastic students participated in the competition, showcasing their creativity and understanding of the theme through impactful artwork.

The winners of the competition will be felicitated during the International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking event.
