Ziro, Jun 10: APCS officer Oli Perme on Tuesday joined as new deputy commissioner of Lower Subansiri district replacing outgoing DC Vivek H P.
The certificate of transfer of charge (CTC) took place in the presence of other officials and staff.
Before joining as DC Lower Subansiri, Perme was serving as the transport director.
Vivek will now join as state health and family welfare secretary.
