HAWAI, July 1: A coordination meeting was held at Hawai District HQ, Anjaw, chaired by Women & Child Development, Cultural Affairs, Science & Technology Minister Dasanglu Pul, with all Heads of Departments (HoDs) and PRI leaders in attendance. The meeting aimed to discuss the Arunachal Pradesh government’s first 100 days initiative, focusing on achieving 100% implementation of both central and state government schemes and ensuring ease of living for citizens.

Anjaw deputy commissioner Talo Jerang congratulated Pul on her induction into the Cabinet. He urged all HoDs and PRI members to collaborate to meet the district's developmental goals under her leadership.

He highlighted significant progress in internet connectivity, road communication, and other developmental activities, noting the smooth implementation of various schemes aimed at uplifting the poor.

Pul, on her maiden visit to the district after being inducted as a minister, reviewed the status of ongoing projects and schemes in the district. She reiterated the government’s First 100 Days Initiative, emphasizing the need to achieve specific targets. She directed HoDs to prepare for a review and the periodical DLMC meeting scheduled for the fourth week of July 2024. Special focus was placed on the education and health sectors, with plans to appoint regular principals at Government Higher Secondary Schools in Hawai and Hayuliang and improve ICDS department infrastructure.

Pul also congratulated the district election officer and officials for the peaceful and successful conduct of the general election 2024 in Anjaw. She concluded by urging all departments and PRI members to work together to achieve a 100 percent success rate for all government projects and schemes.

During her extended tour, Pul visited the Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya Schools in Hawai and Supliang, interacted with teaching staff and students.
