Expressing his gratitude, Dukam said, “The affection, trust, and unwavering support from the people of Taliha strengthen my resolve to work tirelessly for the upliftment of our community and the entire state.”

During a coordination meeting in Taliha with heads of departments (HoDs) from Kodak ADC headquarters and PRI leaders, Dukam made several significant announcements. He revealed that the Kodak ADC headquarters, currently operating temporarily from Taliha due to incomplete infrastructure, will be relocated to Kodak by October this year.

He also disclosed that the creation of Lable circle is actively being pursued, with plans to establish it by the year’s end, pending the completion of required processes.

He emphasized the importance of sustaining vibrant communities in border regions, stating, “Our border villages are vital to the security and cultural richness of our state. Through the Gaon Chalo Abhiyan, we will work to ensure that these communities receive the attention and resources necessary for their development and prosperity.”

Dukam urged HoDs to work with dedication and a commitment to delivering quality services, emphasizing the crucial role of grassroots leaders, particularly PRI leaders, in transforming rural Arunachal by empowering the local populace. “Strong coordination between departments and PRIs is essential for the effective implementation of various flagship schemes,” Dukam noted, adding, “Do not perform your duties merely as a formality; take on the responsibility with a vision for the common and holistic development of all.”

During his visit, Dukam also inspected the Community Health Centre, Taliha government secondary school, and the Kodak ADC headquarters, taking note of the challenges faced by these institutions.
