Ziro, Mar 8: The annual art, literature, cultural, sports, and games festival, Resonance 2024-2025, of Saint Claret College (Autonomous), concluded on Saturday, marking the culmination of a vibrant celebration of talent and community engagement.
Organised collaboratively by the St Claret Art & Literary Endeavour (SCALE) and the Sports and Games Association (SAGA), the festival provided a platform for students to showcase their skills across multiple disciplines.
Team Lohit, led by Tamuk Jumi and Tamo Huto, emerged as the overall champion with 252 points, while Team Kameng, led by Duyu Delyang and Boni Juli, secured the runner-up position with 245 points. The competition also featured Team Siang, captained by Tage Huto and Millo Nanu, and Team Subansiri, led by Engo Tacho and Newlee Natung.
Among individual accolades, Judia Krangkhawl of Team Kameng was honored as the individual champion for outstanding performances across various events.
This year’s festival was structured into two phases: the first phase took place from October 28 to 30, last year, while the second phase was held from March 6 to 8. Over 31 events were conducted, spanning art, literature, culture, sports, and games, fostering creativity and collaboration among students.
The successful completion of Resonance 2024-2025 reaffirms Saint Claret College, Ziro’s commitment to holistic education, emphasizing not only academic excellence but also extracurricular engagement and cultural enrichment.
