Koloriang, Mar 19: Kurung Kumey deputy commissioner Vishakha Yadav, along with officials from NHIDCL, on Wednesday inspected Highway 713.
She directed the highway team to expedite construction, with authorities assuring completion by the end of March.
Despite delays compared to similar projects in the state, the DC has been actively monitoring progress through monthly inspections and pushing for road improvements across the district.
With road conditions gradually improving, the transportation of goods has become more efficient, reducing commodity costs. Further updates on the project's progress are expected in the coming days.
