Tuting, Apr 3: An orientation-cum-career counseling programme was conducted on Thursday at Government Higher Secondary School, Tuting, in Upper Siang district, aimed at guiding senior students on higher education opportunities and competitive exam preparations.
Oyin Modi, a trained graduate teacher (TGT), delivered the keynote address, offering insights on preparation strategies for the upcoming Common University Entrance Test (CUET-UG) 2025, a crucial examination for Class 12 students aspiring for college admissions.
He also spoke about various post-secondary education courses, time management, personality development, and self-motivation.
The programme was attended by the principal in-charge of the school, Tatin Taron, who encouraged students to remain focused and prepared for future academic and career challenges.
Located near the India-China border, the GHSS, Tuting, is the lone higher secondary school in the region.
