Pasighat, Apr 7: Aini Taki Taloh, popularly known as Ayi from the voluntary blood donation organisation "AYANG," has been conferred with the ‘Champion of Humanity’ national award in recognition of her contributions to the voluntary blood donation campaign.

The award was presented during a two-day National Conference and Seminar on Voluntary Blood Donation, Sickle Cell Anaemia, and Thalassemia, held at the Municipal Auditorium in Koraput, Odisha, on April 5 and 6. The event was organised by the District Blood Donors and Motivators Forum (DBDMF), Koraput.

Taloh received the award from Koraput MLA Raghuram Machha. Her commitment to voluntary blood donation and her efforts in organising blood donation camps were commended by several dignitaries at the event.

Taloh also participated as a speaker during the technical session, addressing the topic "Motivating Voluntary Blood Donors: Strategies and Success Stories."

Several well-wishers and community leaders extended their congratulations to Taloh, describing her efforts as an inspiration and a symbol of compassion for those in need.
